Guaranteed for Holiday Delivery
Qualifying items will be identified on the product page or at checkout and must be ordered by the applicable “order by” deadline. The guarantee does not apply to orders shipped internationally, to Alaska or Hawaii, or to P.O. boxes, A.P.O. addresses, or F.P.O. addresses. Oversized items and expedited shipping options qualify only if expressly identified as eligible at checkout and will have additional charges. The guarantee also does not apply if delivery is delayed by an incorrect or incomplete address, your requested order change, an unsuccessful delivery attempt, or an event outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, labor disruptions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or government restrictions.
If a qualifying item is not delivered by the guaranteed delivery date, you may, as your exclusive remedy under this guarantee: (a) return the item, if eligible for return, in accordance with our return policy; or (b) keep the item and request an account credit equal to the shipping fees paid for that item. A request under clause (b) must be submitted within 30 days after the guaranteed delivery date. We will issue a qualifying account credit after confirming eligibility.
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. The guarantee applies separately to each qualifying item, and any shipping credit will be limited to the shipping fees attributable to the affected item. We may modify, suspend, or end this offer prospectively, including by changing applicable “order by” dates.
Refund Options
We offer two refund options for returnable merchandise:
- You can select to return for merchandise credit and enjoy free return shipping. (Note: Air-shipping rates apply for Alaska and Hawaii.)
- You can select to return for a refund to the original form of payment and pay a $11.99 return fee.
Extended Holiday Returns
Eligible items purchased October 15th through December 24th can be returned through January 15th, 2027. Eligible items will list "Extended Holiday Returns" in the shipping and returns detail of the product listing. For more information see our Return Policy.
