1. Start your Return Here. You will need to login first.
2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return. Follow the prompts to submit your return request.
3. Print your return label. The return label will be emailed to the account on file from noreply@FedEx.com within 24 hours.
4. Package your return. Please include only the item(s) listed on your return request. Packaging unlisted items will delay credit processing.
5. Ship your return. You may visit any of the following locations:
- FedEx drop-off locations.
- FedEx drop boxes at select Walgreens stores (check walgreens.com for a list of stores that host them).
