As we work so quickly to ship you your order, it is usually not possible for us to make changes once you’ve placed it. We cannot make any changes to your billing address, payment method or shipping type (standard, expedited) once the order is placed.
If you purchased your order using PayPal or Afterpay, we will not be able to make any changes the shipping address.
If your order already shows shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. You can check the status of your order by clicking here to go to your Order History page then selecting the Order Number.
