Terms and Conditions

1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term "Reward" is defined as: one (1) two-hundred dollar ($200) Travel Savings Credit.
2. The Reward will be delivered as a “Reward Code” (also referred to herein as a “Travel Savings Credit”) to be redeemed at www.travelleisureclub.com (the “Travel Website”). The term “Claim Code” is defined as: the code customers will obtain via email after making a qualified purchase, which shall be used on TLCTravelCredits.com/ruelala (the “Redemption Website”) to claim the Reward.
3. This promotion begins on May 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM EST and ends on May 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST, or while supplies last.
4. In order for a “Customer” to become eligible to receive a Reward, Customer will need to participate in an eligible promotion offered by the Promoter and certain participating business entities as identified on advertising materials for the promotion. To qualify for a promotion and Reward, Customer must complete the following promotion steps:
   1. Be a valid Subscriber to a stated business entity who received a promotional advertisement communication.
   2. Make a qualified purchase of $200 or more in a single transaction (after discounts and before taxes and shipping) as listed on online, SMS, and email communications between May 1 and May 14, 2025. Offer not valid for previously purchased merchandise or gift cards.
   3. Within two (2) business days of the promotion end date, qualified Customers will receive an email with a “Claim Code” and instructions to obtain the Reward.
   4. Fill out the participation form to obtain your $200 Travel Savings Credit on the Redemption Website using the Claim Code by December 31, 2025.
   5. Receive an email from tlctravelcredits@tlcrewards.com with instructions on how to use their Travel Savings Credit.
5. The final day to make a qualifying purchase for this promotion is May 14, 2025 at 11:59pm EST.
6. Limit 1 Claim Code per Customer per qualifying spend.
7. The final day to redeem a Claim Code is December 31, 2025.
8. Customer must redeem their Reward Code within 12 months of activating the Reward Code on the Travel Website.
9. Reward can be redeemed online through a mobile device, tablet, or desktop.
10. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate.
11. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
12. Offer valid to residents of the U.S. only.
13. Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.
14. Reward is void if transferred, sold, auctioned, photocopied or otherwise altered and where prohibited or restricted by law.

16. Reward cannot be stacked with any other promotion or discount codes.
17. Full Value of the Travel Savings Credits may not be able to be applied in one transaction dependent on location, hotel, length of stay, and inventory.
18. If the full value of the Travel Savings Credits is not used in one transaction, Customer can continue to use the remaining balance of the Travel Savings Credits until it is depleted and before the 12-month expiration date of the Reward Code.
19. Valid credit card will be required to pay any amount that exceeds the Travel Saving Credit amount.
20. Reward Code may not cover the full value of the booking. Additional costs/fees for products and services above the Travel Savings Credit amount are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
21. Pricing for hotel bookings rates is subject to change at any moment. Prices, rates, and availability are dependent on the hotel's discretion. Occasionally, hotel rates may differ and may be a lower rate for certain stays on other and similar travel booking sites, but these discounted rates may come with specific restrictions and conditions (i.e. related to cancellation and refunds). Pricing shown on the Travel Website does not include additional discounts, sales, rebates, etc. the hotel or 3rd party supplier directly offers.
22. Before making your reservation, please carefully review the room and rate details for any applicable conditions.
23. All bookings are subject to availability.
24. Reward Codes eligible for use on the Travel Website are not credit or debit cards, and have no implied warranties, other than what is specified herein. If there is any written language or terms and conditions on the Reward Code itself, which is in conflict with these Terms and Conditions or any other terms and conditions labelled as such on the Travel Website, the Travel Website shall overrule the Reward Code and be the absolute authority.
25. The Travel Leisure Club Reward Code is not transferable once activated and is redeemable for accommodations and other travel product and services available on the Travel Website.
26. The Travel Leisure Club Reward and reservations made on the Travel Website are are subject to terms of the booking. Additional fees may apply to any changes or cancellations. For Travel Leisure Club Reward(s), terms and conditions as set forth by the supplier of the accommodations or other travel products and services may vary and are defined in the terms and conditions as listed on the Website and must be read and agreed to prior to making a purchase. Any suspected or actual abuse of the Travel Leisure Club Reward terms and conditions and/or Privacy Policy may result in immediate deactivation of the Reward without warning and possible cancellation of any redeemed travel products and services. When booking a reservation through Travel Leisure Club, the total cost will be reduced by the value of the Reward Code up to a zero cost for the reservation. Additional costs incurred by the Customer, including but not limited to taxes, fees, incidentals, or other purchases are at the sole expense of the Customer and the Reward Code cannot be used to pay these expenses unless specified as an inclusion in the reservation at the time the reservation was booked. Travel Leisure Club shall not be liable or responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather or mechanical breakdowns, war, acts of God or any other matters beyond its reasonable control. Further, both Travel Leisure Club and RGG assume no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with the redemption of the Reward Code by any distributors, affiliates or third parties other than what is expressly written herein.
27. Additional costs/fees for products and services outside of the Travel Savings Credits are not included and any such fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
28. It is the responsibility of the Reward recipient to provide correct, up-to-date details when claiming and completing their booking.
29. The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter, Travel Leisure Club, and Retail Convergence.com, LP (‘RGG’). Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with this Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
30. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of Reward. Any dispute must be settled directly with Travel Leisure Club.
31. For the purpose of this Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, Travel Leisure Club, Retail Convergence.com, LP (‘RGG’) and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
32. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Participation Codes or Reward Codes, and will not issue or replace Participation Codes,  Reward Codes, or Rewards in any of these events.
33. The Reward has no monetary value. This Reward is not transferable, transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash.
34. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Rewards will be provided.
35. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value.
36. This Reward is issued by the Promoter, The Reward Company, Inc. D/B/A TLC Marketing Worldwide located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY 10013, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
37. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.
38. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
