What does Seel Worry-Free Delivery Cover?
- Damage
- Items that have been damaged in transit that are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed.
- Not covered: cosmetic damaged- scratches, dents, manufacturing damages, packing errors, unsealed items
- Claims must be reported filed within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Loss
- Domestic packages not delivered within 10 days from the date of fulfillment (the date when the order is shipped). Claims must be filed within no more than 90 days from last tracking update.
- Theft
- Packages that have a shipping status of “delivered” but were not received are considered “theft" (not all theft is deemed criminal in nature).
- To qualify as a case of theft, supporting documents, such as a police report, may be required.
- Issues must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date.

If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, you can report an issue within 14 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.
What should I do if my order was stolen after delivery?
If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, you can report an issue within 15 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.
What should I do if my order was lost during delivery?
If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, you can report a loss 10 days after placing your order of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Initiate the request using your email and order number found on the confirmation email.
How long do I have to report a shipping issue?
If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss for domestic orders between 10 and 30 days after placing the order.
Can I change my order after it's placed?
If you purchased Worry-Free Delivery with your order, then Seel will send you confirmation of your Worry-Free Delivery purchase via email. If you wish to cancel, you have 24 hours to self-service cancel your Worry-Free Delivery plan. After 24 hours, or once your order has shipped, Worry-Free Delivery is not refundable unless the entire order is canceled.
