In some cases, an order may not process successfully because your billing address on file doesn’t match the billing address for your credit card. If this ever happens, you’ll see an authorization hold (like a pending charge) on your card. Not to worry, this amount will not be deducted from your account, and it will drop off your account within three to five business days. We’ll only charge you when an order is on its way to you.
To successfully order the item, you will need to go back to the site and resubmit your order.
